At Aarambh Organics, our journey began with a simple belief pure food is the foundation of a healthy life. Based in Indore, we are committed to reviving India’s age-old traditions by bringing you authentic Desi Bilona A2 Gir Cow Ghee, crafted with care, honesty, and respect for nature.

Founded by Nitesh Soni and co-founded by Sourabh Soni, Aarambh Organics was born out of a shared vision to reconnect people with the purity of traditional Indian nutrition. The name “Aarambh” signifies a new beginning a return to roots where food was wholesome, preparation was mindful, and quality was never compromised.

We work closely with local farmers who raise indigenous Gir cows in a natural, stress-free environment, ensuring the milk we use is rich in A2 nutrients and purity. Our ghee is prepared using the traditional bilona method a slow, meticulous process where milk is first turned into curd, then hand-churned to extract butter, and finally simmered to create rich, aromatic ghee.

At Aarambh Organics, we don’t believe in shortcuts. No preservatives, no chemicals just pure, wholesome ghee made the way it was meant to be.
