If a customer is unavailable at the time of delivery or fails to accept the order, resulting in the parcel being returned to us, the shipping charges (both forward and return) will be deducted. The remaining amount will be refunded to the customer.

• An unboxing video is mandatory as proof.
• The video must clearly show the package being opened for the first time.
• Without proper video proof, no return or replacement will be processed.
